When are orders sent?

In most cases you choose the date in which your cards will be sent. If you order to send your cards immediately please allow between 3-5 processing days for your order to be fulfilled/shipped. Often times, the processing time is much shorter but an average fulfillment time line is about 3-5 days. During the busy holiday season, orders are prioritized based on order date and event date and fulfilled accordingly. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing time between the months of October — December. Additionally, if we are out of the card you choose to send, you will receive a warning on the web site prior to check out (to allow additional time for re-stocking.) In these cases it can take up to two weeks to fulfill your card order.


How are orders that are shipped to me actually sent/shipped?

Orders that are received by you (and not sent to your recipients) are shipped via UPS ground for orders in excess of ten cards. Orders of less than 10 cards are shipped via the United States Postal Service. In either case you should plan on 5 days shipping time, once the products have left CardCare. We will be offering UPS 2 nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air in the near future.


Can I send cards internationally?

Yes, you can send cards internationally — when selecting items to be addressed and stamped and mailed directly to recipients. The cost is $0.90/card on all international mailings ($0.69 for Canada and Mexico addresses.) Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping packages internationally (Purchase Options: Ship to Me or Address/Stamp and Ship to Me.)


How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

You will be charged shipping and handling ONLY if you elect to have your cards shipped back to you. See our Pricing Chart for details.
