Return Policy

CardCare has a return policy for the following reasons:

Unsatisfactory Service

We try to make your shopping experience at CardCare as pleasurable and convenient as possible. If you are displeased in any way with the merchandise you receive, simply send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

We will give full refunds in the following unlikely situations:

  • Order is not delivered
  • Merchandise received is different from merchandise ordered
  • Envelope is addressed wrong or smeared

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item in the mail, simply notify us and we will promptly send you a replacement item or issue a full refund after you have returned the damaged item. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement of damaged items.

Removal of Pending Items

If you have purchased a card for a recipient and we have already processed/printed the order, we will be happy to remove the card from the order/ship date but are not able to issue a refund.

Packaging and Sending Your Returns

If you have one of the above situations, simply pack up your order in the box it, contact Customer Service, and we will work with UPS to make sure your package is picked up accordingly.
